The number of bars does not tell you if there is a lot of interference from another router. What limits the use of Supply and Connections? According to the log files from Junkware and AdwCleaner looks like you already have some leftovers from toolbars that could cause slow perfomance. Torrenting works so well because you have dozens of connections, and limiting each of them to 20kbps won't drastically decrease your total throughput.
